Amy Krance
From the time she was young, Amy Krance
knew she would be a teacher. Graduating from
Hastings College with a degree in music education,
Amy later got her Master's degree in educational
administration and supervision from the University
of Nebraska at Omaha. She has been both principal
and teacher in Midwest schools and has found her
heart is with students rather than behind a desk. In
2004 Amy accepted her current teaching position at
Grand Island Central Catholic, where she has
co-directed major All-School Musical Productions
such as "Guys and Dolls", "Godspell", and "High
School Musical".
Amy became 8 to Great's
first MASTER TRAINER in 2008, after working side by
side with MK for two years training trainers. Now
she not only teaches students and staff members from
around the country, she also presents at
national education conferences about the passion and
promise of this program. But more than any of these,
Amy lives 8 to Great
and can often be heard exclaiming, "Every
day is a great day to be grateful!"
