Dee Kinder joins the 8 to Great team as the founder and president of her own Success Enterprises and N.L.P. Midwest, an international communication and consulting business. She has trained business leader and government agencies throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Russia, Latvia, Ukraine, Peru, and most recently China.

With more than 25 years of business and sales experience Dee's training style is based on real-world experiences. Her integrity, energy, humor and support consistently invite enthusiastic participation from her audiences. Ultimately, the emphasis in all her work is on getting skills "in the muscle," --- action rather than theory. When she's not traveling for 8 to Great or NLP, Dee resides beside a beautiful lake next to the Platte River in Omaha, NE with her husband Terry and various visiting grandchildren.
